Here I’m giving you an opportunity to introduce you to the Spanish culture by doing something in common: cooking and eating together. Spanish cuisine is well known for its fresh ingredients, traditional dishes and authentic flavours. The combination of ancient Islamic influences, Latin American goods, and Mediterranean dishes makes this cuisine unique and delicious!
About
I hold a PhD and an M.Sc. studies with mention of health food anthropology. I’ve been living and working for cultural, health and food projects in Spain and Latin America (native) for the last 25 years. Culture and food are my passions.
